You can download the boarding passes for your next flight here.

Check-in on your mobile or tablet

You just need to save your boarding passes on your device.

  • On your mobile or tablet...
    Enter volotea.com or download the App (iOS or Android).

  • Access your booking
    Log in, or enter your booking number and the surname of one of the passengers in the Check-in section.

  • Get your boarding passes
    After checking your booking and adding the services you want (seats*, luggage), save your boarding passes on your device..

(*) If you don't want to choose seats, you can click on “I don't want seats”. We will allocate you seats at random at no additional cost.

Boarding cards section on the Volotea App.

Check-in on your computer

As well as downloading your boarding passes, you can print them.

  • On your computer...
    Enter volotea.com.

  • Access your booking
    Log in, or enter your booking number and the surname of one of the passengers in the Check-in section.

  • Get your boarding passes
    After checking your booking and adding the services you want (seats*, luggage, etc.), download and print the boarding passes..

(*) If you don't want to choose seats, you can click on “I don't want seats”. We will allocate you seats at random at no additional cost.

Remember, to re-download and re-print your boarding passes if you make changes to your booking!

You can also take out our Airport Check-in service.

For just €10 per passenger, you can get your paper boarding passes at the airport on the day of your flight. This is 50% cheaper than getting them from the airport counter. More information.

Special check-in

Don't worry, under these circumstances printing your boarding pass at the airport won't cost you anything.

  • You are travelling with a baby and we'll allocate you a seat on the day of your flight.

  • You are travelling with a pet or guide dog.

  • You have requested special assistance at the airport.

  • You are travelling with Standby service tickets.

  • You are transporting weapons.

We recommend that you arrive at the airport at least 2 and a half hours before the flight, so that you can manage your check-in with time and tranquility.
